This weekend I was asked to do a wine tasting for about 40 people from several different European countries.
I severed some white and red wines with a little culinairy snack. Together with the host we carefully thought about good combinations. The special combination was a red 7 years old Bordeaux-wine and a piece of dark chocolate (VIVANI, organic Edel Bitter Chili 70% Ecuador-Caribe). We also served cheese, pate and a veal-mousse with the wines. It was a good experience and a huge success.
